This comedy is about a man named Ramiro "Lalo" Padilla, who is director of the company "High Five", editor of the famous magazine "Don", and has many women around him. Romina who is in love with Lalo, decides to avenge his lack of commitment by hiring a witch, who has him undergo a spell and turn him into a very beautiful woman, as Romina wanted to feel him so desperate like a woman who is being harassed. Now this man locked in a woman's body tries pass himself off as someone else because nobody will believe that hés suffered metamorphosis. So she enters in the company as Dolores "Lola" Padilla, cousin of Lalo, because Lalo "had to make an urgent trip to Germany because his father became ill" and therefore left her in his post.

Ramiro is a typical macho-man who’s driven with the thughts
of plain sex with lots of women. A great womanizer who is hard to remember the
names of lovers. Tall and handsome, charming and masculine enough to break hearts.
He can chase to conquer a woman to leave after a night of love. The last lover
named Romina is the special woman who does not want to be left behind and
addresses to witches to take revenge. And soon Ramiro turns into a woman,
awkward, but sensual, attractive and so much demanded.

Peterson as Dolores 'Lolá' Padilla
Dolores is the name of a woman who is to take the position of the Manager of
the Advertising Agency instead of Ramiro pretending to be his cousin. She
is too sensitive and pretty to suffer from sexual harrasments all the time
being at work being a male inside. Her best friend Grace tries to help her
giving recommendations how to walk and wear and what to say and think as a
woman. She starts feeling something to Facundo and soon she is in deep love
with him. She has to compete with Natalia, the daughter to Aguirre, to win
Facundo.

Santa Ana as Graciela 'Gracé Neira
She is a
well-known radio host. She seems to be in love with Lalo at first, the
best of her friends. Appraising a friendship between man and a woman, she
respects Lalo and she is the only person to be involved in all the details of
transformation. She gives her hand in troubles Lola faces, otherwise Lola is
lost there.

Facundo Canavaro
Facundo is perfect in all aspects. He is grateful and respectful to all
women; he has a daughter, Melisa, left by mother to him proved to be a perfect
father. He is a photographer for the High Five Magazine. He swears not to fall
in love with any woman but he loses his mind when he meets Lola.

Peterson as Daniela Calori
Daniela is the female version of Ramiro Padilla. She does
the same as Ramiro did. She is able to do everything to accomplish her goals
and whatever she does she aims to her own objectives. She is beautiful but she
has too many masculine features she tries to overcome.

Ferro as Gastón Zacks
Gastón was
the friend and colleague to Lalo but he appears to dislike Lola and becomes an
enemy to her. He aspires to get her position and does everything, from
gossiping to blackmailing, but his attempts work against him.
