 Rocio is engaged to a pilot of Formula 2, Augusto. Rocio marries Augusto. During the honeymoon the couple is a victim of robbery and her husband is badly hurt and later dies. Jorge Pades is a pilot who has a heart attack during the flight from New York to Mexico city. Luckily in the airport there is a cardiologist Rocio Diaz de Leon, who gives him the first aid, so he makes it to the hospital. With this fortunate meet starts the difficult love between them, as Jorge is already married to Martha. Jorge recovers, but he understands that his life is in danger and only a transplantation can save him. He stays at Doctor Perfecto's clinic, who is Rocio's father and who can make the delicate operation. But while waiting for a donor he gets a second heart attack...
