In youth Maria was seduced, abandoned and left pregnant by Eduardo. He
took away their son and married Elvira. They had two children: Marcial
and Antonio. Now Maria is a mature woman and she wants to recover her
son. She starts working as a maid in Eduardo's house to discover which
one of two is her real son. Marcial is good and sensible, but Antonio
is very proud and he despises Maria. Eduardo confesses the truth: both
are her children, because they are twins. Finally they accept her.
