Rayito de Luz is a story of love and hope that changes the life of Juan Luz, who was abandoned at the door of the seminary of San Pedro de las Montañas and was adopted by the monks. The little Juan, whom everybody knows as Rayito, as well as the other inhabitants of the city, will suffer from the evilness of Gertrudis, who six years later manages to take away the custody from the seminary students. But the isolation that Rayito will suffer because of his new and cruel mother, as well as the progressing and neglected disease, puts the boy in a death risk. The new seminary student Abel will have to face a dilemma: he will have to choose between his youth love, his vocation or the affection that he feels for Rayito. While the health of the boy gets worse, the ambition of Gertrudis and her lawyer creates unbearable situations for the inhabitants of the city on the Christmas eve. Now they can only expect a miracle.

Tormenta en el Paraíso
In the year 1519, the Mayan priest Ahzac discovers that his daughter, Ixmy, has given herself to the love of a white man; she was destined to be sacrificed as a gift to the gods along with some gifts made of gold and with a black pearl of similar size. The maiden, having avoided her fate, invokes Ahzac's fury, who then invokes a curse upon the black pearl, saying, " Whoever has this pearl in their possession will never be able to know what happiness is!"
