Susana is a young teacher who loves without hope the colleague Octavio.
The Susana marries her suitor: Simon Montiel. Simon's family consists
of: Leandro, Maura and another brother. But Simon is a macho, violent,
bad and Maura is evil and she spies on Susana continuously; there is a
terror atmosphere and Susana is controlled and submitted to her father
in law. Then finding some Susana's love letters to Octavio, Maura
succeeds in convincing Simon that she cheats on him. Susana is sent
away and she looses her child. She reconstructs her life: returns to
her old job, renews the love affaire with Octavio and gets pregnant
from him. But he marries another woman. Then Susana asks help from
Simon who is repented and rebels against his father. She makes him
believe that the child is his. But Maura sees the baby and understands
that Simon isn't a father. Then Leandro and Maura kidnap the baby...
