This story starts when Luciana suffers a tragic accident along with her
parents Ana and Rodrigo. The only one who didn't survive the accident
was Ana. Luciana and her father Rodrigo must learn to move on without
her. For both of them it is very difficult to surpass the death of Ana,
especially for the child, so her father decides to take her to the
doctor to see if her health and mood improves. There they meet Marcela,
a sweet children psychologist who will try to help Luciana without
knowing that later she will fall in love with Rodrigo. The girl and
Marcela become great friends and nothing excites Luciana more than to
see them all together as one loving family. But in their way is Astrid,
a frivolous woman with bad heart, who is on the verge of marrying
Rodrigo only for his money. In absence of her father, Astrid despises
and mistreats the girl, and Luciana realizes that if that wedding takes
place, she will be sent to an orphanage. Keeping Rodrigo and Marcela
together will be the new mission of Luciana.
