Telenovela for children about the primary school called "Patria Unida", its teachers (among those young and pretty Lupita), students and their parents.
Lupita
Gómez is a young qualified teacher who leaves the settlement for the Mexico school
to work. Felipe, her father, refuses to go with her since he wants to
live in the place where he was born and he gets drunk for he cannot overdo the
loss of his beloved wife.
She is a new person in the school and she has to make
friends with people, to get along with the teaching staff and find the way to
minds and hearts of pupils. The school director, Alarica Caradura, is a serious
lady, well-disciplined and well-motivated. She is a good person. The staff is
friendly but the hardest task is to find the approach to pupils, who are
naughty, not at all disciplined and inadequate. There are modes and honest
pupils, naughty and timid, arrogant and diligent. And Lupita has to work with
all of them.

Eduardo
Capetillo as Emiliano Leal
A new
teacher of music. Emiliano also studied in this school as a child. He
was also one of the naughtiest pupils. However, he is a professional teacher
who manages to make students love music. He is also concerned about students’
problems willing to give a hand to them. As the time passes he gets to know
Lupita better to try to win her heart.
Andrea Legaretta as Lupita
She is the
teacher for the group of difficult students. She is beautiful and smart.
Her mother died when she was a child. Don Joaquín is her godfather and the
trustee. It is him who recommended that she become a teacher. She is nice but
strict enough to hold the discipline and silence at lessons. She is not the
kind of a teacher who works during work hours. She takes care of them and is
willing to help with their personal problems. So, she is respected by students
and their parents for her professional and personal qualities.

Olmedo as Alarica
She is
serious when it comes to discipline. She loves order and management but
In personal life she is responsive ad kind. She disapproves when rules are
neglected and she introduces punishment
procedures only to make students well-organized and motivated. She seems to be
very rough, crude and irresponsive.
Joaquín
Cordero as Don Joaquín
It is an
aged man who worked as a school yard-cleaner. His wife died 20 years ago
who was the core and sense of his life. He loves children and he is willing to
share with his belonging, pieces of advice and recommendations when they are in
tight spot.
Ignacio
López Tarso as Don Ignacio Robles
Very
wealthy sponsor for the school. Always well dressed, looks elegant and
neat. He is a businessmen now and nobody knows that as a child he was too
naughty and too bad to take care of children. He has a good personality and
supports the school and school teachers.
Danna Paola
as Estrella
She is the
daughter to Dolores, who suffered in the car accident. She is very
sensitive and vulnerable. She has to live sitting in a wheelchair and she feels
herself different from others.
Natalia
Juárez as Simoneta
She is
beautiful and always neatly and superbly dressed. Her parents allow
purchasing everything she wants. She is prudent, boasty and envious and so much
intolerant to others. She hates Angel who is so different but finally she
changes her opinion when Angel saves her.
Valentina
Cuenca as Citlali
Suffers
from family problems concenred to divorce. She has no willing to study
at all. She is a good young girl, very smart and quiet. She dreams of becoming
a fashion designer.
